Our journey

Excel Training & Development (ETD) has provided training and development, organisational development and consulting services across most sectors of industry, including private and public sectors, within Australia and overseas.

Established in 1988, ETD has become an impressive team of business partners, consulting and administration staff. ETD maintains close working relationships with a core team of external consultants, who as required will offer relevant expertise and/or resources specific to a project.

Working with business leaders, frontline managers and their teams across many industry sectors, ETD whilst acknowledging the challenges of constant change, believe it is not the desired outcome that varies significantly from organisation to organisation but the individuals who initiate change and their perception of change as either a challenge or an opportunity. It is important to appreciate that any change process goes through stages, that each stage is important and that each may require significant intervention.
